Compressor technology reduces running costs
This unit uses just 165 watts and uses the unique Meaco control logic along with compressor technology to keep running costs down.
The Meaco control logic gives you a perfect balance between saving money and accurate dehumidification. Once the target relative humidity has been reached, the dehumidifier switches itself off. It stays asleep for 30 minutes before checking the relative humidity again and running its fan. If the relative humidity has risen above the set point the dehumidifier will operate again. This system, combined with the low running wattage, saves you money on energy bills. The rated power consumption is just 2.51p/hour based on 15.2p/kWh.
Contains dust filter and HEPA filter for cleaner indoor air
One of the added benefits of this dehumidifier is that when it is running it also purifies the air. A dust filter is included to remove large particles from the air. A free HEPA filter is also included, which removes pollutants smaller than the eye can see. Can also be used as a stand alone Air Purifier when dehumidifier is not required. Replacement HEPA filters are available.
Quiet with maximum noise level of 41dB
This machine is one of the quietest dehumidifiers on the market and has received the Quiet Mark Award. This makes it also suitable for night time use.
Digital display with variable humidistat
The digital display shows you the current room reading, while the variable humidistat goes from 30 to 80% relative humidity (in 5% relative humidity steps). This dehumidifier also features a 1-24 hour off timer, a strong carry handle, a child lock facility and a variable louvre to direct the dry air toward laundry.
